Airline Services carries out a range of seat maintenance work under its EASA Part 145 and Part 21 approvals on all types of passenger, crew and pilot seats.

Workshop-based Services

Airline Services’s seat workshops provide comprehensive inspection, repair, overhaul and modification of passenger, crew and pilot seats for all aircraft seat types to a consistently high standard.

Airline Services recognises that customer requirements for seat overhaul can vary depending on a number of conditions:

On-wing/Seat Maintenance

Traditional workshop based repair services form one part of our seat repair business, however many airlines have recognised the need for regular, planned care and maintenance of their seats whilst in service.  In response to customer demand, Airline Services was the first MRO in the UK to develop the progressive concept of on-wing seat maintenance in the UK.

Airline Services offers on-wing support at a number of locations within the UK and Europe, maximising seat availability and revenue capacity for its clients. Within the UK, our seat technicians are permanently located at London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester and East Midlands Airports, however our activities are not limited to these locations and we are happy to provide service elsewhere on request on an ad-hoc or contractual basis.

Airline Servces Ltd holds EASA Part 145 approval for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of both Sogerma and Ipeco pilot seats.  We repair and overhaul pilot seats for a number of airlines and MRO  organisations.
