Seat Covers

The seat cover division has developed its operational experience over a number of years. During this period Airline Services has been involved with a number of key operators and has continuously supported their challenge to improve the cabin interior.

Involvement in various projects has included the development and supply of the full soft furnishing requirement for new aircraft as well as modification programmes for existing fleets.

We have also provided on-going support to various airlines to meet their ever-changing requirements. Examples of which include changing from fabric seat covers to leather seat covers with appropriate support for all the resultant design, modification and data implications.

We manufacture crew attendant seat covers in both fabric and leather, together with flight deck covers in sheepskin and leather.

Our capabilities include

• Design & Development from concept through to delivery, including aircraft survey. We have fully approved Design and CAD departments responsible for FAI procedures, ECB provision etc
• Digitising facility for storing of all pattern / design data
• Sourcing of raw materials
• Testing of fabrics to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements
• UK and offshore manufacturing facilities for both fabric and leather seat cover

We also manufacture a large range of aircraft accessories from emergency waterproof base covers, document pouches, life jacket valises etc to meet the increasing number of customer requests.
