Airline Services offers a dedicated cabin maintenance and seat repair service on the line at a number of UK airports.
In the scope of this service we accept entire responsibility for the day to day serviceability and aesthetics of the aircraft's passenger seats and the overall appearance of their cabin furnishings.
Our remit is to maintain the highest aesthetic and servicability standards possible across our customer's fleets and we achieve this by a daily visit to each based aircraft, during which an agreed check and defect repair programme is carried out.
These daily visits are supported by our in-depth monthly survey and ongoing rectification programmes, the combined effect of which guarantees appearance and in-service consistency across the fleet, 365 days a year.
Regular attention to seat and cabin items by trained and experienced staff actually leads to a decrease in cabin spares expediture as minor faults are fixed before they become logged defects, thus extending the life of seats covers seat parts, IFE, galley equipment etc.
The nature and depth of the work carried out under a cabin service agreement may be altered in accordance with airline's specific requirements and can be restricted simply to seat defect repair or extended to include provision for carpets, curtains and all soft furnishings at the airline's behest.
We believe that our unique and all encompassing service offers fundamental benefits in terms of service and cost to any carrier currently outsourcing cabin maintenance to a third party engineering organisation or indeed employing their own maintenance personnel.
